Founded in 1955, Sinon Corp. started as a single small-sized production-and-distribution agrochemical factory, and had finally expanded into a group of more than a dozen industries: food, chemicals, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, house appliances, supermarket, trading, information, cement, plastics, life insurance and professional baseball etc. In order to promote our operation performance and achieve the business goal, the business department had adopted a profit-centered system, empowerment, responsibility on each level, target management and performance reviewing system.

Based on the business philosophy of “In honest and fair, we care both benefit and profit.”, Sinon Corp. has always endeavored to create welfare for the employee and resume our responsibility to the society by providing service to the public and giving feedback to the society. “In honesty and fair,” is the guideline of our conducts, and “We care both benefit and profits.” is how we assure the sustaining management of our company. With the fast speed of business growth, the development and cultivation of human resources have been regarded as major issues, systematic educational training coupling with job turn-over will be the major way which the company is going to adopt to cultivate and nurture its future management talents. Through training and job turn-over, we try to educate the employee how to learn the way of doing the job, how to manage knowledge and how to cultivate their ability to solve problem and make creative thinking. So they can go through diversified experiences and prepare themselves as future management force. With a view to make various departments independent in their operation, provide mutual support to each other, upgrade the integrated management efficiency of the company and finally pave the foundation for future development, we have been practicing strict accounting audit system, reasonable performance reviewing system, open and fair personnel system, complete computerized management and ever-going educational training.
