The development of special chemicals and production technique of Sinon Corp. has won a good reputation around the world. Sinon exports fine chemicals as well as intermediates and active ingredients for herbicides, fungicides and insecticides.

Equipped with top chemical engineer talents and R&D equipments, production department conducts a SOP introducing a product to the market via research, development, small-scale pilot trial, and then mass production. A CS 3000 auto-control system introduced from Japanese Yokogawa Company and on-site digital control system (DCS) are in place for automatic production. These efforts are to keep pace with the world's first tier chemical plants.

As Taiwan's top agrochemical manufacturer, Sinon has always insisted “safety” and “quality” from its early stage of manual operation of filling and packaging till today's mechanical automation. Improvement of plant safety and renewal of production facility have never ceased throughout the years.

In 1996, Sinon established the Pharmaceutical R&D Center and Syntai Chemicals and Pharmaceuticals, Ltd. to engage in synthetic research. biochemical engineer research and development, pioneer test procedure magnifying pharmaceutical intermediates and APIs.

The Department has obtained key technologies in condensation, hydrogenation, chlorination, sulfonation, amination, alkylation, coupling, dehydration, asymmetrical synthesis, separation, crystallization, fermentation and quality assurance. We also own a core technology of R&D and a team of professional trained specialists in developing raw material and intermediates for drugs treating hypertension, cholesterol, ulcer, fungal, cancer, diabetic, asthma and depression. We are focusing especially on production and market development of drugs used for cardiac vascular, nervous, and gastrointestinal systems and the quality meets a high standard requirement from our international customers. In the meantime, we are also working with multi-national pharmaceutical companies and trading companies in jointly developing and manufacturing top level technology pharmaceutical intermediates and specialty chemicals.

Quality Control Division performs the strictest control over product quality.
