MONOCROTOPHOS

A. Physical and chemical properties: Structural Formula:
Chemical Name:Dimethyl (E)-1-methyl-2-(methylcarbamoyl)-vinyl phosphate
Empirical Formula:
Melting point: 54-55℃
Vapor pressure: 0.29 mPa at 20℃
Corrosive properties:
Solubility:In water at 20℃, 1 kg/kg. In methanol 1000, dichloromethane 800, acetone 700, octanol 250, toluene 60 (all in g/kg at 20℃). Sparingly soluble in aromatic hydrocarbons.

1.Active Ingredient: 72% min.
2.Appearance: Reddish-brown liquid

40% w/v S.L.
60% w/v S.L.
◆ Application:
Systemic insecticide and acaricide with contact and stomach action. Penetrates plant tissue rapidly. Control of a broad spectrum of pests, including sucking, chewing, and boring insects, and spider mites on cotton, deciduous fruits, citrus fruits, vines, olives, hops, rice, maize, sorghum, coffee, sugar cane, sugar beet, groundnuts, potatoes, tomatoes, soya beans, vegetables, ornamentals, and tobacco. Rate: 0.4-1.0 kg a.i./ha
