Established in 1981, the Food Plant receives recognition for being the most sanitary catering service provider
annually. In 1998, the Food Plant received certification from the HACCP for being the most well managed and the most
sanitary caterer. The HACCP is a standard measurement for safety and management in catering business used in Europe,
America, and Japan. This standard of measurement was established by NASA to ensure that safety and quality of food
provided to astronauts. The process in which the food was prepared and the strict adherence to this standard became a
set of standards that we abide by as well to uphold the utmost quality. Thus, we are the best caterer in Taiwan when it
comes to providing modern meal boxes.
With professional nutritionists who design varieties of menus, we provide a wide array of nutritious and tasty meals. By
introducing a series of nutrition programs to campus, we try to instill a correct concept of diet to school
children. All personnel, registered cooks and hygiene professionals participate in the process of meal preparation
under strict control. Business items include school lunch boxes, quality meal boxes, fresh food delivery, camping and
barbecue meals, factory and plant lunch boxes, etc. Occupying 2,450 square meters, the Food Supply Center (transformed
from the Food Plant) was established on September 1, 2003 under the support of top management. With the capacity of
supplying over 50,000 units of meal daily to various schools, the public and private institutions, the Food Supply
Center is sure to win the affirmation of customers and keep moving towards sustainable management.
