Supporting Plant Division Enliven the Organization

The Management Division is the staff-supporting and the administrative management center for Sinon Corp. and our subsidiaries. The division is divided into a human resources office, a management office and a computer office. Each office takes charge of one key element of business management: people, capital and computerized system.

Personnel are recruited, trained, placed, promoted, and retained through the effective systems of human resources. The establishment and improvement of the personnel systems include an integral education and training program, and the progress is measured by an implementation of a fair and unbiased performance evaluation.

As far as capital is concerned, an effective financial planning has been adopted through a fixed capital budget to make sufficient appropriation and achieve a balance for Sinon Corp. and its sub groups.

The goal of effective management is achieved by overall computerized operation through fast handling of accounting matters of Sinon Corp. and its affiliates. The management can make decisions based on timely information of exact operational performances and investment analysis.

In addition, the introduction of Balance Score Card as a management tool in 2002 made it possible to conduct review of each division from time to time. Each division presents with correct and modified measures based on internal system control and audit practices. Thus, the management is able to fully utilize its function of coordination and operation.
