In 1955, for the purpose of coordinating and centralizing the import of chemical raw materials and agrochemicals for our affiliated businesses, Sinon established Trade Division. At that time, our major business focused mainly on handling import of agrochemicals. It was in a later period that agrochemicals and other merchandise began to join in the group. With a total amount of billions of import turnover annually, we are now continuously developing several other products.

Earning an outstanding reputation, Trade Division has also become an exclusive purchasing agent in Taiwan for foreign corporations, such as: Cherne and Peer of America and ETC of Japan. Main export products are plastic parts for sewage systems, rubber floor pads, bearings, water filters, gift items, medical electronic parts, and various popular merchandise, etc.

Under the trends of free trade and internationalization, Trade Division is now in a transformative period and making active efforts to enter into a new mode of triangle trade operation: “taking orders in Taiwan and exporting form somewhere else.” Understanding the new emergence of China market, the efforts of Trade Division will focus on developing the abundant and vast market in China.
