An information division was established to develop various information systems. All policy sheets are put under electronic system and combined with automatic checking processes to complete a fast policy issue. We provide on-the-spot claim settlement to our customers through our island-wide information network.

Training division handles all the education in training centers in the north, the central and the south of Taiwan. New training programs are held monthly to provide various professional training to the staff. We have also entered into educational cooperation programs with Chaoyang University to hold various summer seminars, academic meetings and practice exchanges in order to cultivate top talents for insurance industry.
