• 1991, Knowledge & Service participated in the special project of “SEED Program” of the Ministry of Economic; a program to develop easy-edit desktop publishing software.
• 1993, “Manufacturing Automation Service Group”.
• 1995, a 5 year grant for the “Software 5 Year Development Plan” with its “Cable Television's Operation and Management System”.
• 1997, a second grant for “Software 5 Year Development Plan” with “The Wholesaler pos and Franchise Information System”.
• 2000, certified ISO9001 qualification.

Knowledge & Service has entered into the China market and signed a contract with the Chen-Ta Co. to Kuan Zhow City’s wholesaler information system. The project was initiated in August, 1997 and won credits from all over China.

In addition, Knowledge & Service Information Co. Ltd. also functions as agents for IBM’s RS/6000 series mainframe and cashier, Fujitsu's coshier.
