Sinon aims to provide a safe and professionally rewarding work environment to our employees. We started a corporate total quality program in 2005 called “SNPM” – Sinon Total Productive Maintenance. Its aim is to establish managerial excellence by achieving zero fault, zero defect, and zero accident. The program also provides the employees with a safe and comfortable working environment. In 2009, Sinon implemented TOSHMS Taiwan occupational safety and hazard management system. We followed up with certification for OHSAS 18001 international standards in 2010.
